Who is responsible for your information

Barbara Brafman-Price, a self-employed executive coach trading as Barbara Brafman-Price Coaching, is the data controller for personal information handled through this website and her coaching practice. You can contact Barbara about privacy at [email protected] .

What information is collected

When you contact Barbara, this may include:

• your name and contact details;
• the content of your enquiry and related correspondence;
• confirmation that the website's anti-spam check was completed;
• a short reference noting which page or button on the website led you to the contact form, used only to understand which page prompted your enquiry;
• information needed to arrange or provide coaching services; and
• billing and transaction records if you become a client.

The website host also processes limited technical data, such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and timestamps, to deliver and protect the site.

Please do not include health information or other sensitive personal details in an initial website enquiry. If this information is needed later, Barbara will explain how it should be shared and handled.

Why the information is used

• to respond to enquiries and take steps you request before entering a contract;
• to arrange and provide coaching services under a contract;
• to keep records required by tax, accounting or other legal obligations; and
• to operate and secure the website in Barbara's legitimate interests.

Barbara does not use enquiry information for marketing.

Who information is shared with

Information is shared only when needed with service providers that support website hosting, security, email, invoicing or payment processing, and with public authorities where the law requires it. Service providers may only use the information to provide their services and must protect it appropriately.

The website is hosted and protected by Cloudflare. Cloudflare also provides the Turnstile anti-spam check and sends contact-form messages to Barbara's email account. The form does not place enquiry details in a separate website database. Cloudflare may process information outside the United Kingdom under its Data Processing Addendum, which incorporates the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses where required. If you become a client, Barbara will provide any additional information relevant to the invoicing, payment and coaching services she uses.

How long information is kept

Enquiry information is normally deleted within 12 months of the last contact, unless it is needed for an ongoing matter or becomes part of a client record. Client, contractual and financial records are kept for as long as needed to provide services, deal with possible claims and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Information that is no longer needed is securely deleted.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use analytics, advertising or other optional cookies. It does not load fonts or tracking technology from third-party marketing services. Essential security and delivery technology may be used to make the site work and protect it from abuse. If optional cookies are introduced, this notice and the site's consent controls will be updated before they are used. Cloudflare Turnstile may use strictly necessary security technology to distinguish people from automated abuse. It is not used here for advertising.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your information, object to its use, or receive a portable copy. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis used.
